Christina Cain Cares

Buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it is a life-changing experience. That is why I am dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all of my clients. I take great pride in the relationships I build and always work relentlessly on the clients behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals.
My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you are not left with an amazing experience, I have not done my job. I do not measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients.
Helping you buy the right home. For you.

I am a professional who is very well suited to help you find and purchase your next home.
This is more in depth than simply sending you a list of homes. My job is to prospect for YOU, call FSBO's and expired listings, work neighborhoods, and provide you with the most inventory to choose from. I will also give you an impartial value and history on any home that a buyer is interested. And finally, my aggressive negotiating approach and real estate knowledge will help you find the best deal in the market. WHAT I DO IS DIFFERENT!

Other Ways I Help: Establish your Priorities: When it is time to start the process, it is best to begin with an organized plan. I will help review styles, features, location, schools, and other considerations you are looking for in your next home. Once this has been establish, we are ready to go to the next level.

Financing: Understanding the mortgage process is something I deal with on a daily basis. I can help point you in the right direction and review any paperwork. I also have a data base of "preferred providers" so if you need a referral let me know.

Understanding the Costs: Buying a home can be complicated. You are not just buying a home but you are buying a school district, neighborhood, community, taxes, zoning issues, home owners insurance, etc. I deal with these issues on a daily basis and will help you understand all the costs involved in buying a home.

Sale Negotiation: For most people this is not just a home, but it is an investment. I will provide loyalty and it’s important to trust and rely on an expert to handle the negotiation. I will be there at every step communicating and making sure every element is accounted for and explained to the best possible outcome.
